      Solid construction

      I really love the option of using the wheel without the bar. It works your finger grip so much more effectively and forces you to unwind the weight rather than just loosen your grip to lower. The muscles in my hands are somewhat sore and I never get that with weight lifting anymore

      Strengthen wrists!

      My daughter is a softball player and is recovering from a wrist injury. Her coach recommended buying a wrist exerciser. It is working out well for her so far. The handles have a cushion grip on them, which makes it very comfortable to use.

      Great arm exerciser for me

      I recently had bariatric surgery that resulted in losing 130 pounds. Now I need to build my lean muscle, this device is helping me tone my arms. They look better than they have in years. Exerciser is easy to use and easy to add weight to.

      Great at home exercise

      As a former cheerleader, I was diagnosed with arthritis at age 16 in my wrists. I have been going to physical therapy for many years but I have always been looking for ways to stretch and exercise my wrists at home. This was the answer. The padding on the handles is such high quality and makes it so easy to use. The actual stretch is incomparable. I highly recommend this product!

      Great for therapy

      six years ago I broke a window and almost cut my handoff. Literally every single tendon and vein was cut. I am a golfer and did not know if I could golf again. I got this to strengthen my wrist and found it to be great rehab. I can now play a whole round of golf without my right wrist hurting so bad.
